1. About Us

Kavos ("we", "us", "our") operates a private transfer booking service in Corfu, Greece. By using our website or booking a transfer, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

When you submit a booking request through our website, it constitutes an offer to use our services. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation via email or SMS. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed include applicable taxes, fees, and gratuity. Airport pickups include our Meet & Greet service at no additional cost. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Additional charges may apply for special requests or changes made after confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Service & Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we track your flight and wait up to 45 minutes after landing at no extra charge. For non-airport pickups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Additional waiting time may be charged at our standard rate.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate booking details including pickup location, date, time, flight number (if applicable), and contact information. We are not liable for missed pickups caused by incorrect information. All passengers must wear seatbelts during the transfer.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific transfer. All vehicles are fully insured in accordance with Greek law.

8. Communications

By providing your contact details and giving consent via our booking form, you agree to receive booking confirmations, pickup updates, and driver details via email, SMS, and/or phone call. These operational messages are necessary for the performance of our service. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to any SMS.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Corfu, Greece. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
